What is this?

This is a wiki. A wiki is a website that's really easy to create, and anyone who visits it can add, delete, or otherwise change what they see there. You can create one of these if you learn a few simple typing symbols.

What's it for?

• you could all work on an agenda for a meeting from your office, your house, or your local library.
• you could post files here that you'll need for those meetings
• you can create weekly calendars for your staff members so that everyone knows what's happening when. This will be like what happens with the Exchange system, if we ever get it. But we can do it now, for free! Think of the beauty of this capability during Spring clusters!
• you can finally become a full-fledged citizen of the twenty-first century!
• look at the Secretaries and Computering pages to see how we're already using it

This is too complicated!

No worries. For creating simple lists and adding files, this thing is way easier to use than Microsoft Word. And updates happen in real time and are all on the web, so you can see who's doing what immediately without crossing emails.
